Pricing: You agree to pay the full fee upfront for the service that you have booked. All prices for services are in United States Dollars and include GST if applicable. Pricing may be altered from time to time at our discretion. You understand that supplements are not included in the service pricing and will require additional payment through our online supplement delivery providers such at Vital.ly.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require 24 hours notice for appointment changes or cancellations.

Refunds & Guarantees for Services: We do not provide refunds or guarantees for services that have been provided to you, unless required by Australian law. If you have any feedback relating to the satisfaction of the service you have received, please contact us to provide your feedback.

Healthcare Rebates: No healthcare rebates are possible.

Refusal: During the course of providing our services to you, we reserve the right to refuse any request that we deem inappropriate, unreasonable or illegal. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the services cannot help you and agree to refer you to a licensed professional that we believe can assist you further such as your doctor.

Risk: You are solely responsible for determining whether the services provided to you are suitable for you. You must give full disclosure of any health concerns or medical conditions so that we can ensure that the appropriate treatment is prescribed. We encourage you to inform your medical practitioner of the treatments that are prescribed to you and seek their support as required.

Your Responsibility: You clearly understand that the results of any personal development will depend solely on your ability to put the taught processes and advice into action. The processes are solely your responsibility, as it is clearly understood that no one can do the work for you. You fully understand that deviating from the plan set with your practitioner or not participating may affect/prove detrimental to the end outcome.
